Blood Pressure – Not Inflating

Blood Pressure Information

Pump not fully inflating:

  1. Environmental factors (too cold, moisture, morning dew)?
  2. Person – Too much movement when inflating?
  3. Hose leakage?
    • If someone responsible on site, can try a pressure test (insert object into cuff and run pressure test from Sensors Test program)
    • Steve or Alex can check data to view stability of results

Pump not inflating at all:

  1. Does it click on/click off? Means electrical ok, but maybe a pinch in the hose?
  2. Environmental factors (too cold, moisture)?
  3. Check connection (Also put hand through cuff and check hole in bottom)
  4. Pressure pump leak test
  5. Electrical issue with pump? (can check in Sensors Test for feedback from device)
