When a PC is asking for “Bitlocker Recovery Key” instead of Bitlocker password.
Open portal.azure.com
Log in with Admin Account (Global Admin depending on which tenancy the PC is on which has the problem.)
On the menu (top left), select “Azure Active Directory”
Select “Devices” from the left.
Select the device with the problem
At the bottom will be the “Bitlocker Key ID”, this should match what is shown on the screen of the PC.
Press “Show Recovery Key”.
The Recovery Key is 8 sets of 6 digits, enter this key into the offending PC.
